2020During a trip to Spain, two food enthusiasts fell in love with churros and developed the idea of bringing this sweet specialty to Germany – with a modern twist.
2021In 2020, the first small test kitchen was set up in Hanau. Here, recipes were perfected and creative toppings were tried out.
2023After months of preparation, Churrosaurus opened its doors at Rosenstraße 10 in Hanau in spring 2021. The opening was a complete success!
2025In 2023, Churrosaurus went on tour! The new food truck brought fresh churros to events, festivals and markets throughout Hesse.
