1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and services offered at the CHURROSAURUS store.
2. Contract Formation
By placing an order, customers make a binding purchase offer. The contract is formed upon our confirmation or when the goods are handed over.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment can be made in cash or by card. Price changes are possible.
4. Allergens & Product Information
Allergen information is available in-store and online. Cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out despite careful preparation.
5. Liability
No liability is accepted for damages caused by improper use. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations.
6. Withdrawal / Returns
Since our products are fresh food items, withdrawal after handover is excluded.
7. Changes and Availability
Products, prices, and opening hours may change at short notice. There is no entitlement to permanent availability of all products.
8. Place of Jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hanau.
