Whether for a small appetite in between meals or as a trendy snack at festivals: Our mini churros are perfectly portioned, served quickly and can be enjoyed comfortably on the go. Small in size – big in taste!

Ideal for street food stalls, food trucks, trade fairs or events – served in an attractive cardboard packaging, they stay crispy and hot.

Ingredients:

• Standard churros dough (water, flour, oil, salt)
• Mini piping bag or short dough attachment for small shapes
• Cinnamon and sugar mixture for rolling
• Carton packaging or snack cup

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough as usual.
2. Using a short piping bag, pour small pieces of dough directly into the hot oil.
3. Fry until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
4. Immediately roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
5. Serve hot in non-stick snack boxes – optionally with a small Soße.

Pro tip: Mini churros can also be well filled or offered as sweet finger food in sample sizes - ideal for markets or tastings!
